North American Facilities and Operating Footprint
Pure Aviation’s North American downstream petroleum facilities are built around a small number of reclamation, storage and logistics sites in Texas and the wider region. Gulf Coast terminals, inland storage locations and rail-connected transfer points work together to support repeatable physical flows, quality control and compliant handling of energy products.
The footprint is designed to provide a neutral, well-governed platform for counterparties, separating physical execution from individual trading or marketing relationships. Facilities are operated and contracted to support safe handling, reliable delivery and transparent reporting across the downstream value chain.
Pure Aviation’s facilities footprint is described at a high level. Asset-level, contractual and counterparty detail is handled through confidential due diligence and controlled commercial discussions.
Operational Backbone
Together, these North American downstream petroleum facilities provide the physical backbone for Pure Aviation’s reclamation, storage, blending and logistics activities across the Gulf Coast and connected inland corridors.

Lufkin, TX – reclamation and storage hub
Lufkin serves as a core reclamation and storage site, combining tank storage with on-site handling and quality assurance capabilities. The facility supports the recovery, conditioning and staging of product for onward movements through the wider North American footprint.

Andrews, TX – Permian reclamation and storage
In Andrews, on the edge of the Permian, Pure Aviation uses a reclamation and storage facility to receive, stabilise and hold product close to key producing areas. Rail and truck connectivity allow material to be moved efficiently between inland locations and Gulf Coast terminals while maintaining quality and custody controls.
Coastal terminals – Aransas Pass and Harlingen, TX
On the Gulf Coast, coastal terminal locations provide marine and tankage capacity for receiving, storing and staging product for export or domestic movements. Aransas Pass and Harlingen terminals support blending, quality assurance and scheduling activities linked into Pure Aviation’s downstream petroleum footprint, without asserting ownership or exclusive control of the underlying facilities.

Rail spurs and inland transfer points – Rio Grande City,
TX and Santa Teresa, NM
Rail-connected locations at Rio Grande City, TX and Santa Teresa, NM act as inland transfer points, linking storage and reclamation sites to cross-border and domestic flows. These spurs support flexible routing and trans-loading, keeping movements aligned with commercial requirements and regulatory standards.
