1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to the Pure Aviation Digital Data Room (“DDR”) is restricted to authorised users who have been granted access by Pure Aviation. By accessing the DDR, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party
  • Use DDR materials solely for the purposes for which access was granted
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any DDR content to any third party without Pure Aviation’s prior written consent
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised

Pure Aviation reserves the right to revoke DDR access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

4. No Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and relates to Pure Aviation’s commercial and operational activities.
